SKATE
MONDAY, JANUARY 19TH
Spend your Martin Luther King Jr. Day skating with family and friends at Skate City during our special Public Skate on Monday, January 19th. We’ll be open from 10am–6pm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the rink throughout the day. Admission is just $6, with skate rental available for $5. It’s a fun, active way to make the most of the holiday and skate all day long.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in SKATE CITY COLORADO sports programs, related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
The risks of injury, damages or personal loss, or illness from any activity involved in SKATE CITY COLORADO programs can be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis, disability, and death. While particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the risks noted above do exist; and,
- I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation and the participation of any other individuals or family members that I may be registering; and,
- I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
- I, for myself and any other individuals or family members that I may be registering; on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SKATE CITY COLORADO, their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DAMAGES, PERSONAL LOSS, DEATH OR ILLNESS, DISABILITY, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO IT, AND DO SO FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
